Jasmine Wong graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelors in Science Nursing Student (BSN) and minor in Civic Engagement. She grew up in the Bay Area and has returned to serve her community. Wong is cross-trained between the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). As a passionate patient advocate, she previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at UCLA Health and interned at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) in the Center for Health Care Quality Registered Nurse Unit where she directly advocated for Senate Bill 97. Throughout her undergraduate career, she has served on several boards, published research, and was selected by administrators and faculty to represent UCLA nursing students. She strives to deliver advanced patient care through improving health and making a connection with every person on every encounter.
